At XM Matrix LLC, we strive to provide reliable, professional, and high-quality computer repair, CCTV integration, WiFi installation, and related technical services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms that apply to service payments, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Service Payments
Payments may be required before work begins, at the time of service, or according to the payment terms agreed upon with the customer.
For larger projects or installations, XM Matrix LLC may require a deposit or partial payment before scheduling or purchasing equipment and materials.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated based on the specific service, project status, and payment terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
If a service has not yet been started and no non-refundable costs have been incurred, a customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Once work has been completed, refunds may not be available for services that have already been provided.
3. Deposits and Project Payments
Deposits or upfront payments may be used to reserve appointments, purchase equipment or materials, allocate technician time, or begin project preparation.
Such payments may be non-refundable once work has started or expenses have been incurred on behalf of the customer.
4. Equipment and Hardware
For CCTV, WiFi installation, networking, or other projects involving hardware and equipment, refunds may be subject to the return policies and conditions of the applicable manufacturer or supplier.
Equipment that has been installed, configured, customized, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return or refund.
5. Computer Repair Services
Computer repair services may involve diagnostic, labor, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, or other technical work.
Once a technician has performed the requested work, service fees may be non-refundable, even if the customer decides not to continue with additional recommended services.
Any warranty or follow-up service applicable to a specific repair will be based on the terms communicated to the customer.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should contact XM Matrix LLC as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or cancellations after a technician has been scheduled or dispatched may be subject to applicable service or cancellation fees.
7. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services or expenses may be non-refundable, including:
- Completed technical services
- Diagnostic or consultation fees
- Labor already performed
- Customized configurations
- Purchased or installed equipment
- Special-order materials
- Third-party charges
- Services specifically identified as non-refundable before purchase
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, XM Matrix LLC will process the applicable amount using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, granting appropriate access to equipment or service locations, and communicating project requirements before work begins.
XM Matrix LLC is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or service limitations resulting from inaccurate information, unavailable equipment, third-party systems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Warranty and Service Issues
If you believe a service was not completed as agreed, please contact us promptly with details of the issue. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, work with you to determine a reasonable resolution.
A service correction or follow-up visit may be offered instead of a monetary refund when appropriate.
11. Policy Changes
XM Matrix LLC may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
